UFC 72: Rich Franklin versus Yushin Okami

Former UFC Middleweight Champion Rich Franklin won via a unanimous decision (29-28) in the UFC 72 main event over Yushin Okami at the Odyssey Arena.
With this win, Rich earned another shot at the Middleweight title he lost in October 2006. Franklin-Okami headlined the UFC’s first ever trip to Ireland. 7,850 fans cheered throughout the eight bout card and brought in an Odyssey Arena record gate of £603,600. His next opponent is said to be Anderson Silva.
