Vice-President Jejomar Binay has finally accepted the offer of President Noynoy Aquino to join his administration.
He is now the chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) who incidentally was headed by former VP, Noli de Castro. Binay had earlier decided to “decline any Cabinet position so as not to burden the President and allow him to focus on the many challenges facing the nation.”
