Willie Revillame finally explains Wilyonaryo “design flaw”

In a surprise appearance on the noontime Wowowee, Willie Revillame explained what happened on the August 20 episode of Wowowee that lead to a major controversy.
ABS-CBN should have clarified the issue earlier but then again it’s better late than never. Is this going to be the end of this issue? We certainly hope so.
